US Manufacturers by Delaware

After searching for bicycle manufacturers in the state of Delaware, there appear to be no major professional bicycle brands currently operating production facilities in the state. Delaware's small size and population likely contribute to the lack of sizable bicycle makers calling it home.

However, some custom framebuilders and small bike shops in Delaware do offer custom-built bikes on a limited scale, including:

• First State Bikes - A custom bike shop in Wilmington that hand builds steel bike frames one at a time for customers.
• Leipsic Custom Cycles - A very small custom bike workshop run by one person in Smyrna, Delaware focused on steel frames.
• Delaware Bicycle Exchange - This shop constructs some entry-level bikes and also refurbishes and resells used bicycles out of their storefront.

So while Delaware lacks major bike manufacturers itself, its proximity to large East Coast cities allows access to many high-quality bike brands.
